The "20 Y.O." album sold 19,561 copies during its thirteenth week of sales, bringing its total to 599,924 copies sold in the US, according to SoundScan. The rise in sales this week is most likely due to the Christmas holiday.

Oprah episode to repeat on Wednesday Janet's recent episode of the Oprah Winfrey Show, which originally aired on September 25, will repeat on Wednesday, December 27.

Joni Mitchell tribute CD does not include recording by Janet The long awaited Joni Mitchell tribute CD will be released on January 30, however it does not include any recordings by Janet.
During the recording sessions for Janet's 1997 album "The Velvet Rope," Janet had recorded a cover version of Mitchell's "The Beat Of Black Wings" to be put onto a Joni Mitchell tribute album. The project, however, got pushed back for several years and appears to finally be getting released, albeit without Janet's recording.
While Janet had said in several interviews that she had recorded the song, it is unknown if a final mastered version of it was ever completed. Her cover version of the song still remains unreleased.

"With U," the third single from "20 Y.O.," makes its Billboard chart debut this week.
Also, it should be noted that the Dance chart freezes during the last week of every calendar year, which causes "So Excited" to remain at the same position it was last week along with every other song on that chart.
The "20 Y.O." album sold 11,016 copies during its twelfth week of sales, bringing its total to 580,363 copies sold in the US, according to SoundScan.

'With U' digital single now available to purchase on iTunes The "With U" digital single was released today on the US version of iTunes and is now available to purchase. The tracklisting is as follows:

Chrysalis Music Group inadvertently reveals new song title In a press release to congratulate its Grammy nominated members, Chrysalis Music Group may have inadvertently given away the title of an unreleased song from the "20 Y.O." recording sessions titled "You Cross The Line."
The song is listed as one of the songs Johnta Austin, a Chrysalis Music Group member, co-wrote for the "20 Y.O." album. Also listed in the group of songs Austin co-wrote for "20 Y.O." is "Stuck Inside The Groove," which also did not make the final album.
During several radio interviews earlier this year, Janet revealed that there were a good number of songs written and recorded for "20 Y.O." that did not make the final album. During a press junket in Washington D.C. prior to the album's release, she revealed that a song titled "Clap Your Hands" was an uptempo club track. That song also did not make the final album.

Eddie Baez remixes of 'So Excited' officially sent out Promotional remixes of "So Excited" by Eddie Baez were sent out to club DJs and radio stations earlier this week.
A remix of the track by Eddie Baez had previously leaked onto the internet, however this is the first time that his mixes were officially released by Virgin Records.

The episode features more footage of Janet in Paris earlier this year while attending several fashion shows. Janet talks about how it is her favorite city in the world, and she also chats with a few fans.
Official 'With U' radio edit released An official radio edit of "With U" has been sent out for promotional use. The edit, which is 3:59 in length, edits out the instrumental part during the bridge and fades out at the end. The album version is 5:08 in length.
As was previously reported, "With U" will be the third single from "20 Y.O." in the US, and officially goes to urban radio stations on Monday.
'20 Y.O.' earns a Grammy nomination The full list of Grammy nominations were announced this morning, and Janet has received a nomination for her "20 Y.O." album in the category of Best Contemporary R&B Album.
The 49th Annual Grammy Awards will be held on Sunday, February 11 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Tito hoping for Jackson 5 reunion with Janet and family Tito Jackson recently told London radio station Heart 106.2 that he would like to see the Jackson 5 reunite and be joined by Janet and other family members, the Sun is reporting.
"It's long overdue and would be a very great thing to see but it's still a rumor right now," he told the radio station.
"If we get enough people to scream about it, it can become a reality. If we could get the Jackson 5, Janet Jackson and 3T on one stage it would be one hell of a party."
Rumors of a reunion had been discussed for years, but nothing has developed.
